In Lviv, I Take a Knee
Day 1
I watched cars stop on the highway, families, and truckers pull over. They turn off their engines, get out, and take a knee. They lower their heads.
The veterans stand in salute.
You’ll see it every day, people on the sidewalks, people rushing to catch a something ... but when these soldiers bear the weight of their nation on their shoulders, every single citizen stops and takes a knee.
